For 5C's&anA
You bet I would. Interlocken is over 75% built out. Therefore, the NW Parkway can not be labeled a catalyst for the development of Interlocken. But, I hope it does benefit Interlocken and I hope it benefits Broomfield's new regional mall. In the past and now, you attempt to make some linkage between the city/county and the NW Parkway. There is none. I have posted before how many governmental entities are involved with the Parkway. The city/county does not make the Parkway easier to do. If there is no city/county, Broomfield and other governmental entities will still be doing what they are regarding the Parkway. Your statement was the only reasons for the city/county was benefits for big businesses. You were wrong. By BBW |

BBW missed the boat
CCACCC is not wrong. Those words were direct from Jim Long, Interlocken's top man. Jim Long stated dealing with one county is easier and he wants better highway service. Rise to a higher level of debate BBW. (And, just what post did you read? Where was it stated that NWP is a catalyst for Interlocken?) The best link was given and you cannot counter Jim Long's own words. Here is another link: Broomfield's Mayor Berens as head of NWP Authority. No one disputes other cities are involved. And no other city has received so much funding from Interlocken as has Broomfield. If your response is another 'spewing trash' argument, save it. Make a REAL attempt to debate the issue with facts instead of using your usual diversionary tactics. By 5 Cs with a lovely A |

Nice to have you back. I know this is the authentic BBBW, for this is the quality of response I have grown accustomed to receiving. Are you the BBW taking credit for the 10 reasons; you are usually more thorough in your answers than the ones that were listed. I do think you have some impersonators; as someone has said, it is becoming easier to distinguish between you and the others. Doggone, BBW, I certainly hope the increase in corporate properties does not also affect my market value. By Br Anonymous |
