I need to know from you guys on what the lease extension agreement was set at in the Wespoint area. There are some people that their leases are expiring and we need help in knowing how much we are to expect to receive at the agreed renewel rate. Please post the details. I know the original lease was for 2500 per property and 25% royalties.
