Since November 2001, I have heard of approximately a dozen or so incidents happening in our neighborhood.
1. My car was burglarized, the night of November 30th. That evening several other neighbors had their cars either entered into or unsuccessful attempts to get into the vehicles. It appears the perpertraitors were on foot and hit quite a few houses.
2. A neighbor on Quartz had his home burglarized.
3. Another neighbor on Quartz had their mail stolen. It just so happened there were those ''credit card'' checks in the stolen items,which were eventually used.
4. Numerous toilet papering incidents around the neighborhood. This includes a neighbor with NO teenage kids.
5. A few ''egging'' incidents in the area.
6. Mailbox smashing is still occurring.
7. Several street signs and mailboxes were pulled out of the ground and deposited on a neighbor's lawn.
8. Flags were stolen from several houses.
9. A purse was stolen from a vehicle and the contents (except for the wallet) were deposited in the front yard of another neighbor.
