Why don't you issue a warning before issuing a ticket to someone who has a trailer parked on the street. Better yet why don't you talk to the home owner and find out what is going on like a good neighbor. You recently issued a ticket, without a warning, to a senior citizen for having a trailer parked on the street for more than fourteen days. Is this anywasy to treat senior citizens. Yes this is in violation of HOA rules, but this man is trying to get his house ready to sell. He has had a small utility trailer (4ft by 6ft) hooked up to his truck in front of his house. He uses this to hall belonging to a storage shed. He is 65 and doing all the work himself. If he were 30 or 40 years younger I'm sure he would have had this all done by know, but he is not. He recently hurt his back while trying to move objects from his basement to the trailer. His wife tries to help, but she has heart problems and should not be doing heavy work. He will get the trailer off the street as soon as the work is done.
