After school, I see Nolan cross-country students running in packs in the middle of the streets in our neighborhood. They refuse to yield to cars even when you honk the horn. A couple of times, a few of the boys have shot me the "finger" when I rolled down the window and reminded them that our neighborhood is not Nolan's private running track.
I have called the school and complained several times over the years and reminded the school employees that our neighborhood is not Nolan's private property and that if the students want to use the streets to run on then they could at least display some manners, i.e., run in single file and run off to the side of the streets rather in packs down the middle of the streets, refusing to yield to oncoming traffic.
Anybody else have thoughts on this?
