RESOLUTION OF WILLOUGHBY STATION HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to Article 5.01, as amended, of the By-laws of Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association, Inc., the Board of Directors hereby unanimously consent to the adoption of the resolution set forth below:
BE IT RESOLVED: That in an effort to promote property values within The Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association and generally to protect members of the Homeowners’ Association from vandalism, the Board resolves as follows;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association will prosecute anyone who is caught committing any acts of vandalism to any portion of the common elements of The Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association; and
RESOLVED FURTHER: The Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association will pay as a reward, $500.00 to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of any person or persons responsible for committing any acts of vandalism to any property belonging to the Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association; and
RESOLVED FURTHER: The Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association will seek reimbursement for the cost of all repairs required to be made as a result of the acts of vandalism from the person who committed the act, or in the case of juveniles, from the juvenile’s parent or legal guardians. The Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association will also seek reimbursement for any reward paid for information leading to the arrest of the individual(s) involved. All requests for reimbursement will be requested and processed through the appropriate legal authorities.
The undersigned, being the president and secretary of The Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association by signing this Resolution, hereby certify that this Resolution has passed unanimously. This Resolution shall be included in the minute book of the Board of Directors of The Willoughby Station Homeowners’ Association.
