WillowWood HOA

I am concerned that the person who is parking the big yellow tractor trailer truck at the end of Willow Cane is going to effect the home values. Are there deed restrictions prohibiting this and if so, who enforces it?

To the three posters, sorry not to reply sooner to your messages. Concerning the trees, we're hoping that when WillowWood participates in Streetscape that we'll have some extra trees that can be planted in a few people's back yards.

I live on Willow Kane and will keep an eye out for a yellow tractor and speak to the ARB person on the board if it comes back. I vaguely remember seeing one in the past but don't believe that it has been there lately.
