The board sets the fee. Why don't you run to serve on the board. I believe if you let members know the reason you are running is to control the increased dues, you will be easily elected.

Something doesn't add up. The 2015 budget calls for monthly dues of $234 to generate revenue of $895,752. This would require 319 units to actually pay monthly dues. I have been told that Willow Falls consists of 300 units. Also, no allowance has been made for non-payments. What happened to the reserves set aside the past few years - fences still have not been completed, but we are being told to expect completion in another year.

Easily elected is a joke, just like the board. The fees should validate the area we live in, I dont believe that it does, especially when most of the residents are renters. I feel that the board is punishing those of us that pays the HOA on time in order to support those that don't pay at all. We need a better grip on this. Paying $234.00 for the year 2015 monthly and at the end of the that year it's $2808.00 per unit.
