Has anyone had to use one and would you recommend them?

Is anyone else in building U having problems?

I live in building K and also had significant problems. We called EnviroPest out to take a look, and they said that we should try to have the HOA take care of the cantilivered sections outside our building. We have had less problems now that the weather is warmer, but I'm hoping to get some action taken before the fall/winter hits again and the mice try to move back in.

Try cornmeal and baking soda it worked for me (Unit G). Look on YouTube. There are so many openings in this building,I was told HOA would be patching things up but if they can't figure out how to water the grass we are better off dealing with it ourselves OR folks could complain& continue to complain. By the by what is HOA's phone number? Thanks -
