Windjammer is comprised of 272 privately owned homes on distinct lots. All homeowners are automatically members of the Homeowners Association, and are asessed annual dues for the operation and maintenance of common areas and common structures.

The Windjammer Homeowner's Association is a non-profit corporation registered with the Colorado Secretary of State as ID number 19871486129. Registered Agent is Elda Ridenour, the Association Secretary/Treasurer, 8165 Brigantine Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80920, (719) 260-7782. Windjammer Homeowner's Association serves the homeowners of Windjammer Subdivision. Declaration of Conditions, Covenants, Restrictions and Easements were recorded with the El Paso Country Recorder on July 2, 1982, Book 3582, page 495.
Fiscal year for the Windjammer HOA is the calendar year, January 1st - December 31st.
Assessments for the 2010 fiscal year are $320, billed in four equal, quarterly payments.
