Windmill Creek Condos

My car was damaged by workers w/ front end loader on 10-12 across st from Bldg 5 was reported to Doug and meeting set up for 10-14. No show but watched workers verbally and physically recreate accident in front of foreman.. I have estimate for repair , am here w/ car and no response from Doug.. Accidents happen and companies have insurance to cover such. I only want car repaired, not hoa and/ or attorneys involved.. Will be glad to share further info and copies of emails.
