Welcome to the Windmill Ridge Assocation website!

We're a small subdivision with 110 homes conveniently located off Dupont Road between Auburn and Coldwater roads. It's very close to major hospitals and walking paths near to I69 and I469 interchanges. We offer a nice common area with tennis court / basketball and a picnic area with gazebo. We work to keep our neighborhood looking attractive, safe, and presentable.
