Please be advised that under “Article VI Section 8” of the Association Covenants only professional realtor signs are permitted.


“Section 8. No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any lot except one professional sign of not more than one square foot or one sign of not more than five square feet, adver¬tising the property for sale or rent, or signs used by a builder to advertise the property during the construction and sales period.”

As such it is requested that any and all signs that do not conform to our Covenants be removed.
