SNOW VIOLATION - Street Parking

Snow Violation

Do NOT leave your vehicle on the street. This is for the safety of all homeowners and drivers. It allows for emergency vehicles to access our streets during bad weather conditions. It gives the snow removal trucks easy access to snow plowing and sanding of the addition, and keeps the streets clear of snow.

If you receive this parking violation notice, please remove your vehicle from the street immediately and clean the road by removing the snow left around your vehicle.

Do not leave the snow plowed around your parked vehicle because this will cause additional snow removal costs to the association.

Homeowners leaving vehicles parked on the street during a snow event, are subject to a bill of $25 to cover the additional snow removal costs by the contractor.

Unpaid charges will be past onto the homeowner as a property lien.
