Windsor Gate Council of Co-Owners

Just wondering if anyone has a similiar problem. I live on the 1st floor and have neighbors just above on the 2nd floor. They seem to be really nice people and are rarely home. When they are home, I never hear any noises, footsteps, doors, nothing. The problem is that the tentent is divorced and has coustidy of 2 children, 2 days a week and some weekends. Everytime the children are there, they constently are running and jumping so much, it viberates my ceiling fan. This is very annoying. I ask her to hold it down a little and she acknolleged that they were loud and said she would. It never happened. They still continue to bumb the ceiling every time they are here. This only happens when the kids are here, never when just the adults are there. Does anyone have a similiar problem. This is very annoying, especially because it's always during (TV ) watching time (6-11 pm). My ceiling fan viberates constantly.
