Hi, my husband and I are leasing a home here in the neighborhood and want to make sure that we don't violate any of the HOA covenants. I downloaded and read the covenants but did not find any references to parking personal vehicles.
Are there any rules about parking one's personal vehicle on the street, provided it is out of the way of both the mailman and the trash truck?
There are 3 cars in our family and we have tried to park them in the garage and driveway but it is becoming a major inconvenience for us.
I'd appreciate hearing back from our neighbors about this.
