Wingspread Neighborhood Association - Our History

The Wingspread housing addition was first developed in the early 80's by developer J.W. Mashburn. Final develop ended in the early 90's. There are approximately 460 homes in the neighborhood ranging in size from about 900 sq. ft. to approximately 4500sq. ft. The neighborhood is zone R-1 Residential.

Our Mission

The Wingspread Neighborhood Association was active in the 80' but by the late 90's went inactive. We have reactivated the neighborhood association with the mission of bettering the community and our surroundings. Our goal is to become a tight knit community, get involved, maintain our neighborhood appearance, our homes and streets. Our desire is to help one another, make our neighborhood and streets safe for our children, reduce crime and become actively involved in the affairs of the community.
