Does the Woodlawn Park City Council have an ordinance about cars being parked on the lawn? My next door neighbor has had his truck parked behind his house for about a week and I have to look at it everytime I look out my driveway windows . It looks terrible! I don't like my property being downgraded by this eyesore. Is there any help for this? I am not comfortable asking him to move it to his two-car garage, carport, or driveway.
