Hello everyone I am new to the area but as the mother of 2 handicapped children I am deeply concerned about the Rotiwellier dogs chasing ppl in the neighborhood. tonight after coming from the market my son and I was chased by a huge dog . i bearly escaped back into my car and my son to the door. this dog actually jumped into my trunk. After waiting over 45 mins for police to respond i was able to get of the car into the house. The police only came an hour after 3 calls and rode around. who do we contact about this situation. I dont want to be the victim of a dog attack but I am more concerned about my children and other ppl in the neighborhood that are potential victims. This is the third time I have personally witnessed these dogs running freely throughout the area.
