Hello, I would like to address the deer issue.  I saw in the Farmington post that a Mr. Ryker  has lost $1,000 worth of plants to deer.  Why do you continue to plant year after year with an increasing deer problem?  I have zero deer damage in my yard, I use herb/spice based repellants with great sucess.  I have deer in my yard constantly, not as many as 20, but they are consistently around since I live on a street. Shooting them creates a vacuum effect and only will be a brief solution.   Sterilization is expensive. The deer popultion will control itself, since we have done away with all natural predators, we need to learn to live with them.   Try deer stopper and animal stopper made by Messinas.  And if you have deer, you also have rabbits and groundhogs with eat a lot of stuff as well.
