Woodgate South is a SW Aurora community of neighbors residing in 71 homes built by Richmond American Homes in 1998-99.
The HOA manages services benefitting all residents (landscaping and snow removal in common areas, trash pick up, recycling, perimeter fences), ensures that homes and yards are maintained in a manner that enhances property value, and provides residents with opportunities to get to know one another.
