Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the WEHA Annual Meeting:

Saturday, Jan. 13 3:00 PM At the Clubhouse

Some agenda items include (1) the election of President and Secretary;
[If you want to nominate a candidate, please contact that person and get
his/her permission to do so with a pledge of learning about the position
and committing to the task and two-year time commitment.]
(2) planning of annual calendar;
[Spring Garage Sales, Neighborhood Night Out, Halloween Party]
(3) care of common property;
[spring cleaning, flower planting, fountain & clubhouse property, etc.]
(4) proposal to raise homeowners?’ dues;
(5) discussion / adoption of proposed budget for 2007.

Kudos to Chairman Shawna and all her helpers for a very successful Halloween
Party for the WEHA children!
Two pairs of sunglasses have been reported ?“lost?” in the neighborhood. If you

The Carpenters now have two grandchildren staying with them and are looking
