We voluntarily maintain and support one of the oldest and continually active Associations in the area, dating back to 1954-55 when our development was built.
The lighting supplied at each entrance, the care and upkeep of the island at both entrance, snow removal, plus services like Community Welfare, the printing and delivering of community bulletins, the supporting of the enforcement of our development's deed restrictions, social activities as a community Picnic, Children’s Halloween party, Santa visit to the home, Easter egg hunt, and more.
The Association has a yearly election of four officers and four board members each April. Four board members are carried over from the previous year. A minimum of three general meetings are held yearly so residents can express their thoughts and suggestions.
