Services, Inc. provides you online submission at: www.ciaservices.com The site provides you with a step by step process to submit your request.
1. Click: Find my community-- Horseshoe Oaks
2. Click: Ask, Request, Submit
3. Click: Make a Home Improvement Request
4. Follow the steps, answer the questions and fill in the blanks
5. You will have the option to hand deliver or electronically deliver you ACC Request.
If you choose to hand deliver you request then call me at 210-945-0534.
