Just to let everyone know that we're still conducting pool registration during the pool season.  Do you want someone from another HOA or community to use your pool?? You can verify your residency in our HOA by viewing the boundary map available on our website by going to "Pages & Links" and looking for the document titled "Boundary Map." You will also need to show us a paper copy (or digital version) of a water/light bill and a form of ID so we can verify your status as a resident. Please keep in mind that pool usage is for residents in good standing so make sure you've paid your HOA dues. These dues help pay for the pool/clubhouse/tennis court facilities, landscaping maintenance for the pool (and surrounding area), and two front entrances. We don't have many volunteers and we're doing the best we can to help you. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated as pool season goes into full swing.

As of 6/29/2015, a total of 171/477 (36%) residents have registered for our community pool. Since Feb 8, 2015, a total of 93 hours were made available to residents so they could register. Registration was available every day the pool was open. After 5 July--a reservation system will be put in place at the front desk at the pool. Please keep in mind that our pass checkers & lifeguards were not hired to do registration but insure that only properly registered homeowners are allowed entry into the pool area.
