Agree with what's the problem. This neighborhood is reflection of the people that live here....

What's the problem?

In the Woodlands, you can accurately judge a resident by the condition of his/her yard and the adjacent common area. A yard, not the neighborhood, reflects the character of the individual owner.

That is my $.02 worth.

the problem

My, my, since when are $200K homes considered ''lower middle class''? Guess I've been under my rock too long.

This is a beautiful neighborhood that the vast majority of residents take a great deal of pride in. There are a small number of problems that our board needs to address, and it needs to do so in a visible and timely manner. Board -- are you listening?

Problems related to rental property are best handled by dealing with the homeowner directly, because the board will only have Ghertner contact them by letter if they are in violation. If that's where the trouble shows up, try that route.

As for my .02, I agree with Oscar. With very few exceptions, this is a place I am proud to call home. And definitely not lower middle class.

what's the problem

Agree with what's the problem. Talk with some realtors and listen to what they say about how this subdivision is regarded..not too complimentary.
