The Woodlands Homeowners Association

I just recieved a letter regarding a homeowner's meeting in April concerning the proposal to build townhomes in the subdivision. The letter states that this proposal is different from the one that was defeated a few years ago. I WOULD HOPE THAT IF ANY BOARD MEMBER HAD ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BEFORE THIS HOMEOWNER'S MEETING THAT HE/SHE WOULD POST IT AS AN OPEN LETTER ON THIS WEBSITE.

Whoever was doing the mailing must have forgotten to send me a copy of the New Townhome letter. In case that nobody on the Board received one either, how about posting the information on the 150 new homes that you have ?

At last the website is being utilized to provide information (see meetings section of the homepage). Thank you to whoever has done this for the subdivision. I have requested of Mr. McClannahan (author of the letter sent to the homeowners) that a copy of the ?new proposal be mailed to me before the homeowner's meeting (hopefully I will be able to post something when I recieve it). He agreed to this and seemed to be concerned that discussions had begun amoung the homeowners via the website. From the short conversation I had with him, it appears to be the same land for townhomes proposition defeated a few years ago. Perhaps the Board can get out a newsletter with this information?

I WOULD ALSO HOPE THAT THE BOARD PRESIDENT OR SOMEONE ON THE BOARD WOULD POST ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
