To: Midnight Skulker, the Treeman, and all the other friends of the developer$:

While I am getting tired of these probes by the developer$, I shall never grow so tired that I quit & let the developer$ ruin this development. I shall remain a Concerned Citizen of the Woodlnlands, althought a weary one.

Anybody out there feel the same way ?

To The WEARY ONE!!!

Concerning the Burning Issue that has tied us up, re: Townhouses. I agree that we are all ''sick & tired'' of being bombarded with the pros and cons. I will let the Midnight Stalker and The Treeman defend themselves. Although I am as confused as everyone else with the matter and agree with the Homeowners vote that has rejected the Developer's Plans, I consider Jeffery Hitt to be a decent individual. Is he what he appears to be or is he a con man, I don't know. Oscar, I know you are concerned and bring a lot of credibility to the table. However, I believe that you would agree with me that we can disagree on issues but not be disagreeable. Your insinuation that there is something wrong with being a friend of the Developer would indicate that you feel something is wrong with that....why?

Jeff Hitt may well be a decent individual, but he is not someone that I would care to do any business with.
I had a chance to evaluate him when came to my office & attempted to sell me on his plans for this development.
In *my* opinion, he scored low in the areas of truth & veracity.

Remember, joev, the above is my opinion only. Others may trust him.
reality....oscar

I heard this is Oscars sounding board......
The problem Oscar is the Woodlands WILL be developed regardless of what you wish. Just look around the south Nashville and the Brentwood area. They can build anything they want.
I agree it would be nice to keep the trees and the Woodlands just as they are now. But the reality is WE do not own that property.
The writing is on the wall. The plans have been drawn. Right down to the street names and the lot numbers. It is coming.
The only trees to be seen in the Woodlands will be the telephone poles in phase 2.
