Window Replacement
My house is a Bobo house and I had the same problem. I can't locate the sheet right this minute, but I do know I contacted Alenco somewhere in the Atlanta area. I wish I could provide you with more info. They were great in helping us. They replaced our large window in the front of our house because the seal had broken and condensed inside. They also prorated our warranty and we got this large window for just a tad over 100 dollars. They saved us hundreds of dollars. I will write more if I come across more info.
