I was wondering if MSD allowed people to back in the Retention basin and do what they want,I have not witnessed it myself but I have been told by other neighbors that someone is hitting golf balls back there close to the expressway and they are worried that someone might get hurt.Who would you report it to?

Am not sure you might need to ask around.I was just told it was during the day.Again I did not wittiness it myself,and people get afraid that certain people might retaliate or get mad if they are told they can't or should not do something!!Hopefully they will stop before someone does get hurt,But if I do happen to see it myself,I should call the police not MSD?
