It is 1:45am on Saturday the 23rd. I am sitting in my living room looking out my window praying the water does not come into my house as it already has done at my neighbors home.

MSD Project Dri my butt, they aren't even doing work on this end of the circle, they're more concerned with the odd # side of the street. Guess what MSD? I have pictures, and that odd# side isn't even flooded right now. I have water so deep it went up over the hood of one of the new VW beetles when it tried to come through the circle...over the hood!

MSD has had a steady busy signal at their 24 hour customer service for 2 hours and 5 minutes now. I've called 32 times all busy.

This street is not a flood plain, so why is it flooded?

MSD Concerns

The MSD project for the court has not started yet. See the information on the project below. I have addressed our concerns about contacting MSD to Metro Louisville. I was pleased to see that the MSD project completed two years ago for Green Meadow Circle greatly improved the drainage in that area.

Regrade approximately 875 feet of roadside swale along Green Meadow Court. Regrade the rear ditch from Kinloch to the outlet at the railroad at the rear of the Court. This project requires outside surveying and possible coordination with the railroad authority.

Address standing water issues along Green Meadow Ct., and rear yard issues.
