City Offers Free Storm Debris Dropoff
Free disposal through the weekend
(LOUISVILLE ?– January 30, 2008) ?– Louisville Metro Public Works will accept storm debris at no cost to residents through Saturday at the Waste Reduction Center, 636 Meriwether Avenue. Individuals may drop off items such as tree limbs, shingles, siding and other storm debris beginning today.
Businesses and private waste removal companies are not eligible for free storm debris disposal.
The Waste Reduction Center is open Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
