Future Agendas

I see, I guess the reason for the confusion on my part were the Feb. 20 th minutes stating that you were signing the deed that week, my mistake.

Would it be possible to list an agenda of topics to be covered at each City Council meeting? If I understand correctly, the agendas are decided on beforehand, so it would be a simple matter of posting them here on the website. That way residents could see if some topic of special interest was coming up for discussion. That would be very helpful and much appreciated in establishing dialogue among residents before meetings. Thanks!

i agree with posting agenda

It would definitely be helpful to post the agenda for the upcoming council meetings on the website. I think that is a great idea.

Future Agendas

The deed had to route through Frankfort for signature by the Governor. That is when it became official.

The same agenda is used each month, with new business items updated in time for the meeting. Your City Clerk has extra copies of the agendas available at each meeting. We can post special interest topics for further discussion or contact me if you a certain topic added to an agenda.
