The Low Income Senior Citizens Water Discount Program reduces water bills by 35% for eligible applicants. To receive a Low Income Senior Citizens Water Discount, customers must:
• be residents of Baltimore Citya
• be responsible for paying the water bill
• be age 65 or older
• have a gross household income of $25,000 or less.
