First Time Homebuyers Workshop
Saturday, June 21, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, Enoch Free Pratt Library, Herring Run Branch, 3801 Erdman Avenue. Learn how you can achieve the dream of homeownership and register for a First Time Homebuyer’s Workshop with Belair-Edision Neighborhoods, Inc. Attendees will learn how to navigate the homebuying process, lending, incentive programs, and more! They’ll also be able to receive a homeownership counseling certificate, which qualifies them for Maryland State and Baltimore City housing incentive programs.
