From a Mobile Meals site in the Upton neighborhood on Tuesday, July 1 at 10 a.m., Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and Family League of Baltimore will outline citywide plans to serve 1.5 million meals to Baltimore children and teens this summer, up from last summer’s 1.25 million meals. Jonathon Rondeau, Family League President & CEO, will discuss what is being done to address policy challenges that may hamper the citywide effort to reach this goal such as federal barriers to serving three meals a day.
