July 1-3, 9am-3pm, Morgan State University, University Student Center in the Calvin and Tina Tyler Ballroom, 1700 E. Cold Spring Lane. ONLY the first 600 people each day. Far too many of Baltimore's working families are struggling to pay their bills. Fortunately, for many low-income households, energy assistance is available through the Mayor's Office of Human Services Community Action Partnership.
