Hi,

I missed the meeting on 8/7 as we were out of town on vacation.

I would like to know what was missed, more specifically about the creek area and the lack of maintenance.

I am familiar with the realization that we are not responsible for maintenance, but seems we cannot get the company to move either (is it TS Tech?). Pretty soon the grass around there will be high enough that you can get ticks and all sorts of other stuff just by walking past.

At the last meeting there was a lot of discussion about property values, this sure isn't helping. Please tell me something is being done about it...

re:

I assume you are refering to the ravines. It is true that the HOA does not have the responsibility of upkeeping the land. The ravine north of Arbor Rose belongs to RENO Co. a sub-division of The Limited. They have been issued orders by Code Enforcement to cut the land. The ravine south of Arbor Rose belongs to the townhomes behind Meijer. Please keep in mind that Code Enforcement can only enforce it to be cut 25 feet from the right-of-way. There will still be some high grass.
Grass Maintenance

The grass was cut today (8/15/03). The property owner has taken responsibility for this area and will continue to maintain it.
