I was not able to attend the last HOA meeting, but I was wondering if the issue of the damaged sign on Arbor Rose came up. It doesn't make the neighboorhood look that nice. I have always disliked the signs to our entrance anyway. You compare them to the other developments, and it looks rather cheap, now that the letters are broken, it's looks even worse.

entrance signs reply
Theresa,
There was much discussion about our signs. It will cost approximately $10,000 to replace both signs with nice looking ones like the other developments have. As sson as we get our dues collections up to 100% this will be a priority. Until then, we are repairing them to the best of our ability. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to e-mail me at the above e-mail.
Sincerely,
Pamela Gredicak, President, Woods at Jefferson Homeowners' Association

I have a hard time believing that it would cost the community $10,00.00 for two new signs. Could you provide the community with the estimates that you have received for the work? I and several other's would like to see the bids.
