Woods at Jefferson HOA

I dont know if people who live in Wood of Jefferson think we live in Amish county where there is no crime/kidnapping, but I am tired of seeing parents locking there kids out of the house to run free all day and night. I know one little boy is approx 4 years old and the parents wouldnt know if he was kidnapped because he is never supervised. PLEASE START WATCHING YOUR CHILDREN WE DO LIVE IN COLS WHERE KIDS ARE TAKEN.

Many neighbors on my street have been concerned about this (frequent occurance) also. Children that are not supervised (especially at this young age) are not only in potential danger themselves, but they create problems for their neighbors as well.
