PURPOSE OF THE WOODSHIRE CIVIC CLUB

The purpose of the civic club is to bring residents of the Woodshire subdivision, City of Houston, Texas, together at regular intervals for civic betterment of the following nature:

A. To maintain the residential character of community which this association represents, and to safeguard the individual and collective property investments of the residents from encroachment by business or undesirable elements or conditions, through the enforcement of deed restrictions and other appropriate remedies.

B. To encourage improvements in the appearance of our homes and properties.

C. To promote social and recreational activities.

D. To take concerted action on all matters which will in any way affect the welfare of this community, and to cooperate with other civic clubs in a common effort to build a better City for the citizens of Houston, Texas.

MEMBERSHIP

All resident and non-resident property owners of the Woodshire subdivision are eligible to become members upon payment of $125 annual dues.  Please pay your dues for 2015/2016 by going to www.paypal.com select "Send", enter our community email address below, enter amount, and then select "Friends or Family".  Once you login you can use this service every year.  Alternatively you can mail a check to our Treasuer below.

Woodshire must pay for our Security, Newletters, Common Area Lawn Maintenance, and City of Houston Light upgrade. All of this is for our benefit, and the benefit of our property values.  Your neigborhood needs you so don't delay!
