Greetings all:
I am reaching out to the neighbors in the unincorporated area of Covina, Covina Hills. Myself and other neighbors have started a neighborhood watch program on our street (Via Verde) and have had success in coming together as a small community. This link seems to share our vision towards working together and improving our community.
