Hello Northpointe!

Monday, May 19th, 2025 at 7pm is our Annual Meeting and Elections for the HOA Board of Directors and Architectural Committee.

There are 3 of the 5 Board of Director positions open for election and all 7 positions of the Architectural Committee ope for election. If you or someone you know are interested in serving our community, please email frontdesk@colbymgt.com with your nomination. Provide the name, phone number, and address of the person you would like to see on the ballot. Nominations must be received by April 25th, 2025 to be included on the ballot that will be mailed to homeowners.

Your vote is your voice! If you are unable to be at the meeting on May 19th, please return your absentee ballot per the instructions on the ballot. In order for the election to be valid, we need to meet a quorum of voting owners!!
