I would like to say thank you to the parents that attended the fundraising meeting last night. I appreciate your participation and im sure your children do. It wasnt a great turn out but the people we have are the important ones. They are the people working to give their children a chance at the succeeding. Thank you again everyone i look forward to working with all of you , Dan Cusson

I'd think twice
Before doing the Ballpark consessions for a fun raiser, It is a hell of a lot of work and time for not a great amount of money, A team we were on did it and it was a lot, a team we are with now does Redwing games but the money goes to the child's account to be used for whatever they choose to use it for equipment or bills of the game. and the games are always sold out. But there are many better fund raisers than the Ballpark fundraiser. Just passing along some insight. KT

Im sure it is alot of work but
If you have an organization with 20 - 30 kids. One parent would have to do one game each thats 6 hours of there day one time. I dont think that is a whole lot to give up considering the money is going to their children. No one thinks about how much time is volunteered on the coaching level or board member level. Each coach is working at least 3 hours a day for how ever many days they practice and games. In the football program the little league coaches spend 3 -4 hours 5 days plus game on saturdays and then coaches meeting ussually on sundays so it isnt easy for anyone. I dont think 6 hours 1 time per year is to much to ask of anyone parent. i dont know maybe im wrong im sure i will be told if people think i am. I know there are better fundraisers out there but it all comes back to parent participation. If you have any other ideas i would love to hear them you can email me and or give me a call i will give you my home # if you would like. thanks sorry for rambling , Dan

Bowling fund raiser
At Parkway lanes in trenton, It's fun and easy to setup and a 4 hour night will raise you around $2500 dollars. KT
