Get your facts right Keiko

First of all, who are you that this officer would give YOU such information? Don't police officers carry a gun anyway when they are off duty? They may need to offer assistance to another officer. What crime was that? Also, twice you have stated that he was going 80 miles and hour. That is false. The newspaper reported 71 mph. Let's keep the story straight. That's how things get construed when people try to tell things without knowing all the facts. It's always seems to be ''Keiko heard'', but does Keiko really know?

Liberal Logic...again!

Speeind 71 mph was the gimme...it was closer to 80MPH but really Mr Liberal does it matter 71 vs 80 mph in a 35 mph zone do you feel better about that?

Joe P. has nothing to do with this his name was never mentiond.

The gun you say is common to carry off duty, and it's agreed...thats why Mr Liberal a holding to a high standard is so important.

Facs: Reported
Speeding 71 mph in 35 zone
Drunk at 2 x legal limit 0.018
Hand Gun loaded on his person
Run Red Light (Fleeing Eludeing)
Residential Neighborhood

Mr Liberal...
..am I missing something ? ...no you will not get Keiko's sympathy on this one.

Gee ... if accountability is too tough change occupations.

OFF DUTY OFFICER

If the officer knowly knows thats he is going to or(thinks)that he is going to have a beer (off duty) OR After working.Than it is his duty not to carry his loaded or unloaded gun service or off duty gun.I think this was a case that SOMEONE wrote that he was a police officer that he would carry at all times and SOMEONE ASUME'S that he had his gun.All I will say is. YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ASUME IS IT MAKES A DOKEYS REAREND OUT OF YOU.If by any chance you would like to know a few thing about who what when to carry a gun than I would thik you would go take a gun class on conceiled weapons. All i can say is two wrongs dont make it right get the facts straight first.OH by the way I dont think a officer is going to tell you anything about a open case.If he does he putting his job on the line.

Yes, it matters

Yes, it matters when you have the facts wrong, not as much as whether it was 71 or 80 mph.How would you know it was closer to 80? Were you in the car? It's proof that you should always be careful when you're writing such information because something more important could also be wrong. We have no facts about the gun either. That is just what you say.To hold him to a higher standard if he had a gun would also mean to hold criminals to a higher standard that carry a gun. Also I NEVER mentioned J.P's name, YOU DID. Check out your reply in this thread titled ''You See'' by Keiko. Running a red light does not mean he was eluding or fleeing police. He may not even been aware yet that the police were behind him. Many times people that have been drinking run red lights. So don't conclude that he was eluding the police without evidence. One last thing...I never asked for your ''sympathy''. Are you ''missing anything''? Yes, I'd say so.
