can not get inside door
you can not get in with a wheelchair, and it should be fixed, small ramp at least, no effort has been made, a lot of city money subsidize the surrounding city scape
it is granfathered, but thats seems to be an excuse.

That is an idiotic suggestion
Even if you built a ramp, a chair wouldn't fit in the store. You are talking about destryoing the very integrity of a downtown landmark. Not everything is chair accesible. Fat people sometimes have to buy two seats on airplanes. Sometimes, stuff just happens.

The city makes homeowners jump thru all kinds of repair hoopps in getting a COO
on a resale.
Owl korner has a trip hazzard of broker threshold concrete openly a trip hazzard.
It could be ramped easily and in expensively.
If it can not comply with ADA then it has to be closed and made into another adaptive use.
A non working /Lighthouse is also a Community Landmark where you find them
it does not have to be a retail store, it is a privillege granted that can be taken away for non compliance.
