I am for Mr Griggs, and wonder whaqy he accepts that he can not go into any number of the small business on Biddle sucking up the tax improvement money, and Creating Cool , while not being open and accessible to everyone

Richard P. I am not from Wyand so I see there are serious local issues combioned with the way it has always been philosophy.

Wyand could easily upgrade its City Gov
by firing several exempt people, and then open this up regioally to a search which frankly would not take that long, or cost really anything.

These are Croonies..that need to go to be replaced.

Professioal service firms have let go a lot of men/women who wuld like a FT career in a small town environment and bring a solid track record to the job.

The FARCE of a WPD Officer lobbying for a future council position while doing a under perfoming task currently and having once already been downsized demoted if you will.... is a JOKE.

Thats what in breeding can do, it seems so normal, but not to a quick look from a outsider, or relocated person.

The WPD Chief also has lost admin control of his WPD therefore nice guy or not, he should be replaced , and replaced from the outside talent pool available.

The Economic Dir could be replaced in 2 -3 weeks with an agressive search regionally.

Etc, etc, nobody hired ever gets FIRED...but the time has now come.
