Dobsen is being sued for harassement by a group of employees including his ex wife a Lt. a detective sgt ; and inspector; and the Records Clerk.
Dobsen allegedely does a manuver he calls ''landsharking''...where he goes under a table and licks the legs of a woman wearing a skirt.
Dobsen it is charged as using the postion of Police Chief to harrass and to intimidate Allen Pk officers who have testified or brought action under the Whistleblowers Protection Act.
