...this is the type of a business which might really thrive in the downtown , with a proviso that patrons could enjoy a coffee and cheescake outside under an umbrella on a little patio like what Sycamore (Johno) has put together next to Tubbys'

although neighborhood business'a are nice,, this might be a cool idea to discuss with this owner.

I agree 100%, They have the best cheese cake. Is a matter of fact we are going to Florida with friends of ours soon and I will be celebrating a birthday and we are trying to figure out a way to transport a cheesecake from here to Florida.
