A couple of things first. What you are talking about goes against the very foundation of our democrocy. Everyone can run for office. That is one of the things that makes America great. While you are insulting Democrats you are actually insulting yourself. Though I do not agree with many of the beliefs of the Democrats I believe they are a great party who bring some balance to the discussion.

You believe that someone is not qualified who has no business experience does more to make you look silly than insightful. Did you know that until the 1950's there were people who sat on the U.S. Supreme court who were not even lawyers. Some people would say they made the best jurist.

If everyone makes has the same background you do not really get a open minded discussions you just get people that are preaching to the choir.
